I find the info on the BIOS settings, for MBR or GPT rather confusing!
But I thought UEFI was needed for a GPT/GUID partitions,
and legacy was for MBR ?
As I stated in my original post, I was told that...
...to be able to install it (W7) as GPT, I would have to create a Win7 USB boot stick with UEFI support.
