Is Tron Script a viable cleaning/repair tool?

Hi Guys,
Running into a new security/cleaning tool (Tron Script) that I find interesting, I wanted to have your blessing before I blindly move ahead using it as a trusted repair tool. Can you give me your opinion of this tool and if it's something I should be using to improve Windows operation?
