- What are you using to install Windows (example: CD, USB, Upgrading, Recovery Partition, Recovery CD, or Genuine Windows CD)
- Did the Computer originally have Windows 7.
- Have you installed Windows before?

Try to reseat your sata cable and RAM/s.
Any overheating issues?

Some things to try
- Could be corrupt media
- Check hard drive to see if its bad
- Check in your BIOS to see if it's using AHCI or IDE mode.
