I can't turn on Memory Integrity in Windows Security. I get the message, "your device is incompatible".
Microsoft forum said it's because Virtualisation was not enabled in the BIOS but on checking Virtualisation is enabled in the BIOS.
I'm running Version 1909 and it's only recently I saw the "Memory Integrity" switch. I don't know if it was working OK on previous versions. I never knew it existed.
Assuming I can't get it switched on, what sort of risk am I running as Microsoft Defender is my only AV/security tool?
Thanks for any responses.
