Create image of system with Macrium Reflect Free.
Convert image to vhd using Macrium Reflect Free. (Found under the "Other Tasks" menu heading on top of window)
Save to another attached hd.
Insert vhd into VirtualBox and configure appropriate settings.
Install Guest additions.
Run VM.
