Windows Explorer
#1
I have a new Dell XPS 8700 with windows 8.1.  I have two NAS devices attached as well as 3 USB external hard drives.  I noticed that when I open Windows Explorer it will freeze and restart.  Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Disconnect one device at a time until the freezing stops. Maybe you can narrow it down to a specific drive or device.

Do these external hard drives have power adapter with them or do they run on USB power?

They all run with a separate power adaptor.
