windows 8.1 Pro fail to boot when adding Hard Drive

i used GPT partition table.
Partition 1: wind 8.1
Partition 2: wind 7

F2 Bios of 2011

Hard Drive boot priority is fine, placing 500GB as 1st, 2TB as 2nd Hard drive.

check attachment... similar error
