Windows user deletion

Hello! I have recently deleted my main windows user account by mistake and I want to get it back. I posted 2 screenshots that presents my problem. In the first one "numesters" is the old one with all the files, but when I enter on User Profiles it seems that I do not have it, which is strange, because 2 or 3 days ago there was an "Account Unknown" there.
Help please!

Hi Mionutm,
You could try a System Restore to an earlier point in time before you deleted it, however if it is really deleted there may not be a way of recovering it to a working state.

I understand. This is not that bad, because I had not anything extremely important on that user.
By the way, how can I get rid of this pirated one and upgrade to a normal one?
