how to check your hard drive health status with crystal disk info

  1. download crystaldiskinfo.info
  2. right click on crystal diskinfo folder
  3. select extract all  
  4. select extract
  5. select crystal diskinfo extracted folder
  6. if you are using a x64 operating system select it
  7. if you are using a x32 operating system select it

excuse for belated reply, do i need this? should i run it? ive never had concern about state of my pc's hdd health...but now am curious.

I would check from time to time because hard drive could fail at any time

Hi. I downloaded CrystalDiskInfo 7.6.0 and ran it and checked the drive I am having a problem with.

Here is a screen shot.

What do I do now?

not much you can but to replace the drive

I would backup any data on that drive
