I don't think this is possible yet.
I know that you can do this on a chromebook though, it is the same app that Brian mentioned in the previous post.

You should be able to store it in a Digital Locker so it can be accessed at a later date by any device, but you will have to check the T&C's of the movie you wish to download to be sure.
