Build a Custom Windows Installation Disc question.

Ok so I go through it all and get to the end where you talk about creating an ISO image.

From what I can work out, the whole amount of data is 11GB (ie my work folder is 11.5GB).

But when I try to put it onto an USB (16GB), it does not fit.

Should I get a bigger USB, or am I doing something wrong perhaps?

Here is an image:

Also, if I am successful and manage to get it onto the USB, do I just put the USB in and boot from USB (when I want to reinstall windows)?

TIA.

try formatting the flash drive to ntfs

after creating the iso use this program https://rufus.akeo.ie/ to write the iso on to the flash drive

then you will have to set the boot order in the bios so you can boot from the flash drive

When I do that, it creates an ISO file that is only 5GB in size.

Can someone check my screenshot:

And tell me which one to create the ISO from?

Open your auto-saved session and place tick in create ISO and push start.

You can also export your work and reload it a just check-mark create ISO and press start.
