What sound card you using? or is it onboard sound? if so what is the brand?

it's onboard. and the brand is Intel 82801I
and the mobo is asus p5k deluxe/wifi-ap

that popping sound i recorded from the microphone. it comes out from every input (headphones, everything), it almost seams like it's a problem with the ground on the motherboard

Do you have any missing drivers in Device Manager or Drivers with exclamation marks?

yeah i know. I had windows on it and it did the same thing, i am probably going to reinstall windows or dualboot

Could be a peripheral causing disturbance. Unplug everything you can from the computer to eliminate a peripheral problem.
