Its a off the shelve budget PC, not sure what you can do tbh, You might want to check compatibility list for your motherboard to see if you can run AM3+ chip in that board, I don't hold much hope on that it will run a AM3+ CPU.

you could upgrade motherboard to something like this:

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128565

and then buy a CPU like these:

https://www.newegg.com/global/uk/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113286

https://www.newegg.com/global/uk/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113376

These are the cheap but powerful versions of AMD they do more powerful CPU, but more money.

I built my gaming PC for £250 and it runs bf3 on ultra at 30+ fps and most other games on ultra 60+fps depending on how good the game engine is. My friend built his first and I made the same as him but used a different GPU.

4GB DDR3 RAM 1600MHz
MSI FM2-A55M-P33/E33 (They are the exact same)
AMD 760K Quad core processor
Radeon HD 7770 2gb (1gb gives better performance but 2 has its advantages)
CiT recon micro atx case
Stock Cooling
Windows 7 Ultimate

Like I said before this wasn't my design it was a friend of mines who kindly told me what parts he used and guided me through on what to do.
