Which motherboard is the best for an Intel Core i3-4130 3.4 3FCLGA 1150?

Question 
I wanted to build my own computer for video editing and I wanted to know which motherboard is the best.
Which motherboard is the best for an Intel Core i3-4130 3.4 3FCLGA 1150?

I'm planing in adding also 8GB of RAM to the system

Form Factor: Medium Size
Features: I wanted it to work for video editing
Overclocking: No
Colour Scheme: White
Brand: I would like the motherboard to be a MSI and the processor to be Intel

I don't want to sound rude, but why spend $350-400 on a motherboard, when you have a Intel Core i3 4130 Dual Core CPU  which costs $160 and is not really meant for video editing.
This is just my opinion, I would get i7 4790 and buy a cheaper motherboard or i5 4690. You could get a i5 4690 and good motherboard for $400ish dollars. It will benefit you more in the long run.

Also don't discard this option if your on a budget, but still want tons of power.

$400 is not a lot for a full computer.

Yes its a good budget motherboard. I have used that board myself and was very pleased with it.
