Chassis Intrude interrupt.... There should be a setting in the BIOS to disable the chassis intrude halt. Is there a physical button/switch visible on the chassis when you open the side panel? This would be the switch that sends the signal to the board that the chassis is open.

Sometimes removing CMOS Battery for 5 to 10 minutes and replacing it can resolve your issue.
