Site Issues - SQL Error

I have been having this issue for a while, it could be mail chimp when it sends all the subscriber emails out, I have cleared a lot of process and junk and it seems to be back to normal, please keep me informed as soon as possible so I can fix it.

Its a big issue, if I keep upgrading packages to more resources, it will cost me a shit load of money to run every year.
I think its site related, issue with the coding.
