windows 8 stuck in autorepair

This started yesteday.... i put an infected sd card in my dongle then put it in my pc. after i removed the sd i plug my dongle back in but couldnt surf...then AVG caught a virus in drive C: mobile partner...i dont remember the full location. then i clicked fix....to remove the virus then AVG kept fixing for a very long time & couldnt let me do anything else on the pc So i plugged out the power cable. when i turned the pc on it started the auto repair thing & said auto repai couldnt fix your pc. Log file E:\windows\systems32\srt\srttrail.txt. then i searche for the txt using command prompt but the txt couldnt be found. i tried to refresh but that didnt work aswell. when i get to that part to select the OS....after i select the OS it says " this option is not available for the operating system you have selected" what else can i Do. I Have attached something i got from the command prompt to this thread. take a look at it. its from chkdsk /f /r E:. help me out guys. PLEASE
