Motherboard not working

My motherboard isn't posting. the motherboard is a ASUS p5kpl-cm
the fans just spin. even when the p4 plug is not plugged in
What should i do?

yes.. i did, also i am using onboard video.

you do have a motherboard speaker plug in right

Yes i do. and it doesn't beep at me for no ram

Just wanted to chime in and confirm that you tried a known good stick of memory? Have you also tried moving the memory to different slots?
