Here's how to fix Windows Store (i use it often becuse a lot of people messes their OS) 
1)Open CMD (Win key+R and type cmd);
2)In CMD paste following command :
After you pasted it hit enter . It will take a second to fix and that's it ! It worked on my laptop as well
