Fix Google Chrome Black Screen Problem in Windows 10

Today we are going to show you how to fix Google Chrome black screen issue. This error can occur on Windows 10, 8, and 7, it’s a very common problem and a pretty simple fix.

  1. Navigate to C:\Users\Your Account\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\ShaderCache\GPUCache
    Once there, delete GPUCache folder and restart your computer.
  2. Remove all browser extensions
  3. Disable all Chrome flags. Open the browser and type Chrome://Flags and reset all
  4. Disable hardware acceleration. Go to 3 dots and hit settings, then advanced and toggle Hardware Acceleration to off
  5. Reset the Chrome browser
