How to Disable Annoying Popups, and Alerts in Avast: If you like using Avast, but don’t like the advertisements messages, then you can disable them or upgrade to there pro version. Sometimes you just want Peace and Quiet or Do Not Disturb moments. Sometimes its that annoying sound of scan is complete or sound alert messaging that you don’t want. well you can disable the sound alerts as well. So don’t start uninstalling a great bit of software because of ads.
Silent/gaming mode
Go to Settings – General and check-mark the box for Silent/gaming mode.
