How to Install or Uninstall Programs From Safe Mode with SafeMSI.exe

Harry Bates, brings us SafeMSI.zip. Unzip the archive to SafeMSI.exe.

To use SafeMSI.exe when booted to Safe Mode on any version of Windows NT (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, etc..), just double-click or run it.
