I have windows 10 home version and when I make changes such as removing edge or installing Firefox as my default browser, at the next update all the removed features are reinstalled.
I am a 80 year old retired senior who loved XP and windows 7 but who does not need a lot of fancy features or having my computer loaded up with all the popular crap.
I read somewhere this cannot be controlled in the home version but can in the pro version. Is there a way to upgrade to the pro version without going out and buying it, or conversely a way to make the changes in the home version immune to update replacement.
