Has anyone else noticed on the homepage for Microsoft if you click on one of the compare Siri or Cortana or Surface Pro 3 and Mac you get redirected to a malware site? I'm not going to put the URL to the site but Web of Trust stopped it from loading and here is that link. https://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/ib.adnxs.com?utm_source=addon&utm_content=warn-viewsc I did contact Microsoft about this but you all think it's a big issue?

  Emsisoft Anti-Malware 8 & 9
Posted by: WaWa - 09-15-2014, 05:34 PM - Forum: Security, Viruses, Trojans & Malware Removal - Replies (3)

This is not a question, but merely information of general interest.

@All: I am using Emsisoft Anti-Malware since more than two years - and so is my grandson. I am particularly enthusiastic about it. Only once I had a Trojan slipping through in these Two-plus years that was surprisingly not found by Malwarebytes but by SuperAntiSpyware as off-line scanners - and could easily be removed.

I just wanted to tell you this, so that everybody concerned about safety can consider using it.

I have no interest whatsoever if it is being used a lot or not at all. However, letting you know about my good experiences with it is in the interest of everybody.

I paid € 40 or so for it the first year and € 29 the next.

Kindest regards,
Walter
