Slow after 2 years heavy useage

Following videos, the system is improved a little, but still not good enough!

I used CCleaner instead of DiskMax, and it did a pretty good job! take a look at the picture on attachments, it removed loads of unwanted files!... Imagine all of that GB's being removed from the system!

I also used Defraggler instead of default Windows defragment tool... It took up to 1 and half days to finish C drive only (about 300GB of space).

I also used CCleaner's registry repair tool, it helped a bit.

I am afraid to mess around with Windows Services. I did not tweak anything and maybe I will not.

Compton, is there anything to add that we can use to speed up the system more?

you can use diskmax I use it myself

that program that britec show you is pretty safe for tweaking windows Service

you can change Service back to default pretty easy
