Than why are the driver's are available for Windows 8.1 on hp Web site for my model if the system already have It all?

They're on offer for system builders and just in case you may need them. But as the laptop was previously installed with all the necessary functions then the OS will define what it needs by using the Generic drivers built in to the OS.

I have never ever had to install additional drivers on a laptop no matter what OS platform I've installed.

Okay thank you I didn't know that but GuiltySpark sir if I don't install the driver like Synaptics than I'm not able to use gestures on my TouchPad and Compton sir which file should I download the cd iso or the Bootable USB?

on the driver topic after I install a operating system

I update all drivers from the manufacturer website

but with that being said I all always have a backup plan in case things go wrong

why did you say that you complete the test when you did not

please complete all test

if you don,t complete all test it will not help with fixing your problem

When I boot form USB it get started automatically and I think it's only 1 test.... Is it all right?
