Rig 'n' Roll game keeps crashing i need help!

Has the game ever worked ok on that computer?

I would certainly go back and be sure you have uninstalled all remnants of an older video driver. It's worth going back and being sure you follow Britec's link for uninstalling video drivers properly. Just trying to help you out.

Perhaps just a simple uninstall and re-installation of the game may be in order? Try to install the patch after that.

This may sound stupid but have you tried running it in compatibility mode using an older OS Like windows 7 If your on windows 8 or Windows Vista (Never thought I'd say those words) or XP.

May work may not but it's worth a try.

According to this site rig-roll  your running this game under the Recommended System Requirements 

Recommended System Requirements (Best to get this game to run properly).

Operating System: Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 3,0 GHz 
Memory: 2,0 GB Ram (I recommend 4GB)
Video card: DirectX 9.0 compatible, NVIDIA 8800 or Radeon HD 3870 with 256 MB or higher (I recommend 512MB, or more)
Sound card: DirectX 9.0 compatible 
Hard disc: 10 GB free HD space 
CD ROM: PC DVD-ROM

So your system can't handle the game, your graphics card is under par and memory is half what is needed, even your CPU is border line accepted for that game.
It says it will cause crashing if your system is not using Recommended System Requirements (it also says good luck on lower system requirements) 

So there is your answer right there, time to upgrade
