This may or may not be of any assistance. I have an HP Laptop and it has 'Recovery Manager'>All programs>Recovery Manager>System Recovery (Restore your computer to factory settings)

The problem has been resolved; Deleting the partitions worked. Thank you, Compton for all of your help. The video really helped and offered 2 different methods to correct the problem.
