What infection tools have the ability to disturb the video's ability to run properly?

Mr Compton your evaluation is different than what I would have thought as the direction by the scan program show's the mentioned file as one that is in need to be removed. Would it be correct to assume that because the file lists the news apps in it's file name gives one the info as to it not being an infection?
In other words I would have in a heart beat removed this file and I believe I would have been back to what I had before no video coming from my news apps. I'm taking your direction and will not remove this file. Thank You.

yes basic on what I see its the windows 10 news app its a false positive by the malware removal program

Yeah there are a lot of false positives with programs like that. d7II has a couple.
