Try creating a bootable Windows 10 using the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft

Exactly! I would've also liked him to create the media using the Media Creation Tool, but his bios is corrupt for some reason

I've asked him to reset his bios.. let's see if it works

Hi Timster.

I decided to create a rescue USB using Hiren's Boot CD. I ran Mini Windows XP from the menu and ran a few Anti-virus scans. I was surprised that the program found like 9 viruses! They seemed to be criticial issues because it was system32 files that ended with .sys . I removed the viruses and installed Windows 10 again from a USB. Happy to say it was successful! issue resolved thank god. Thank you for giving me suggestions and have a great Christmas.
