I wanted to see if Adobe Flash Player was installed on your pc, and apparently it's not. Install it from the link below and let us know the results

If you could explain what exactly happens as you attempt to install the standalone version of flash player, that would help

If you have flash player installed the location of the program is at this location C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
