Brian will this PSU work on my PC https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-Flex-ATX-1U-300W-power-supply-PSU-for-Mini-ITX-SFF-and-rackmount-servers-/271264926692 the dimensions are fine so it will fit but will it run and have the right connections.

It will work, but its only 300w and cards you want recommend much higher or ASUS GeForce GT 720 Silent / Low Profile 2GB GDDR3 which recommends min 300w
your be pushing it mate. The ones I posted are 400w and 500w which will work as long as they fit in case, your need to check dimensions.

Ok m8 what about if i got this case https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Aerocool-QS-101-Slim-Black-M-ATX-Case-with-400W-PSU-2x-USB3-0-Black-Interior-/131292760985?pt=UK_Computing_DesktopComponents_RL&hash=item1e91a88b99 could i move my board ect into this and it has a 400w psu that comes with the case. UPDATE Just found this and it looks a bargain if my motherboard fits.

Yeah motherboard should fit, he is a cheaper case with 500w PSU are not high quality.

 . so i think i will send back the GT 720 which by the way came today and get my self a case with PSU then i can get a better GPU maybe as i will have more space. I have been looking and Acer says my board can have a quad core CPU (AMD Phenom™ II X4 quad-core processor (up to 3.40 GHz, 6 MB L3 cache, 2 MB L@ cache, 512 KB L1 cache)) so with that and better GPU i should have a much better system, whats your thoughts.

Cool, keep a eye on this, its motherboard and chip AMD Phenom II X4 960T - CPU with ASUS M5A78L/USB3 motherboard
No heat sink, but they are cheap.
