You will need to disable Secure Boot in BIOS and change UEFI Boot to CSM Boot in BIOS or Legacy Boot and then select DVD Rom drive and it should then boot

So this happens after you disabled Secure Boot and change from UEFI to CSM or Legacy Boot and point the first boot device to DVD Rom?
