Compton, can i leave Malwarebytes anti malware real protection on, Malwarebytes anti malware malicious website protection on, Avast free edition file shield on, Avast free edition web shield on and browser protection on at a time? because don't wanna cause a conflict problem

can i disable "rootkit scan on system startup" and "raw disk access during avast boot time scan?
do i need to enable google chrome extension?
