Hi wolfpack103,

Like Double clutch wrote, there could be performance issues like this due to corrupted or outdated drivers and so first make sure that they're updated

If the RAM usage is still high after updating the drivers, I would like you to remove some programs to check if they are indirectly or directly causing performance issues

This is just for troubleshooting purposes and you can always reinstall them if you wish. So anyway, let's begin......

I would like you to start by removing AVG, K9 filter, Malwarebytes, Skype, Java, and these unknown files called SuperBoost Updater and Monitor.exe

If monitor.exe does not show up as an installed program, open the process explorer, right click on monitor.exe and select "Kill Process tree"

Next, restart the pc, open the process explorer and see if those processes are running in the background. If they are removed properly, they should not run

So basically what I want to know is how your RAM performs without AVG, k9,  Malwarebytes,  Skype,  Java,  Superboost updater and Monitor.exe

I can't remove AVG because that is a paid program that I can't reinstall,I also can't remove the k9 filter because it has a password on the uninstall page. Can't remove java because it makes 1/2 of my programs work. Last but not least I can't remove Moniter.exe because that is my mouse driver.

I see. Let's skip monitor.exe then but I would still insist that you remove the other apps temporarily as part of the troubleshooting procedure, if the issue persists after updating the drivers

AVG can be activated with the license number.. click the following link for details

If you don't remember the password for k9, it lets you reset the password

I understand you require java for the other programs but this is temporary and plus, it would help us narrow down the cause. Java apparently was also the one that took up most of the memory

I would therefore advise you to remove all the apps that I specified except for monitor.exe, restart the pc and let us know the behavior

I dont have the key for avg and my mother refuses to remove k9 from my pc. Is there any way to bypass the password and uninstall it temporarily?

Well, there are ways to uninstall it without the password but they are not recommended. It would be better if you ask her for the k9 password

If you click on Options from the AVG user interface and select My Account, you should see the account details there
