what you can do is to test iso in virtualbox before installing on your system
I would use rufus to create windows installation media

Run a chkdsk /r on your primary drive and once that's done, check the disk's health with the manufacturer's diagnostic tool
The chkdsk scan may appear to be stuck at a certain per cent but that's normal. From the recovery environment, delete one of the partitions of drive 0
The idea is to keep just one partition of the drive Next, format the drive and then install
