Windows 10 stuck in clean install

when I try to install I get as far as Upgrade or custom on custom as soon as press partition 2 windows

The installation was cancelled

windows setup could not re-initialise the deployment engine.to install windows,restart the installation.

It always asked for disk,On my 5th attempt I put in the disk I had copied from the iso image and would you believe it it started to install !!
