Alienware HHD problems?
#21
Like thanks for helping me fix the computer for...free? but like i would love to know what the computer has so I could send it to someone that actually knows what he is doing, because I don't know a lot about computers Sad this is why i committed the mistake of buying an Alienware. So I really appreciated if you just tell me what the problem is or called.

how to post blue screen dump file on forum with bluescreenview

The dump files are in the beginning of the form.

Gotcha.. Are these blue screens occurring while doing certain things or are they random as the computer sits idle?

Hard to say really exactly where your issue lies. You have ran all the tests and they have passed. From here it may be difficult to diagnose your problem over a forum. If you are using Windows 10 you may want to try a repair install then install all the current drivers as Compton suggested.

sigh...they don't call it Alienware for nothing, I mean this thing isn't from this world and so people can't find the problem.

Hey ZPT,

Run the Full 40 Minute test that Tim guided you to, be patient and let the tests run all the way through. Canceling them will not give you all the information that your looking for.

Dell Diagnostics is suggesting that you run a full system test, you have only performed quick tests. Diagnostics is also suggesting that you try going back to a known good restore point "if any" when the system was working as expected. You also canceled the extended Smart Test.

Run the full test, it may automatically fix your issue.
