Also should I download every single driver from the motherboard and install them? Or can I just download the missing ones and install them?

Yeah download all the drivers from the manufacturers website but start with the missing ones first.

I say to download all the drivers from the manufacturer because it seems like windows seems to find the drivers that they have signed for a product and if Microsoft doesn't have a driver for the device it just stays yellow until something is done about it so its better to just avoid getting the drivers from Microsoft if you can help it

For customer use a driver pack cd and for yourself create a clean image for your system with all the drivers install or slipstream drivers into your Windows build. That way they will be installed during the installation process.

Some manufacturers do not provide drivers for Windows 10 for a particular model, so I use Snappy Driver Installer. I have it on a USB thumb drive with all the driver packs "14GB"... Use SDI to get your basic drivers and drivers that Windows 10 can't seem to find. Works great and saves a bunch of time.
