I almost wonder if when you migrated to the ssd that the files didn't correctly clone

On your keyboard press the "windows logo key + r" a box will be displayed and in the search box type services.msc
Then press enter + equals and

Bring up your windows services on your laptop then go to the link above scroll down till you see a list of windows 10 services and make sure the services in the default section match the services on your laptop and if the settings don't match try changing the settings to the default settings shown on the link. Make sure the services your looking matches with the windows 10 version you have installed (home,pro,enterprise etc) There will be services not shown just skip them and take notes of the services windows won't let you change and post em to the forum
