Avg remover left files behind
#11
Oh I want to keep avg it was just having issues with it so I wanted to uninstall avg completely so I could reinstall it without any issues. Partha s safe mode method worked to remove the files for the clean install of avg but since I removed avast so that I could install avg I'm assuming there's still leftovers from avast that's effecting my avg

So ill take what partha said and use a vast instead of the avg method

you might want to disable malwarebytes when reinstalling avg

I think we can close the thread I'm only seeing avg files in the manifest section of windows other than that there's no avg processes or services
