2.5 HDD error

Are you a home user or PC repair business?

Before flashing firmware:

1. Hard Drive manufactures don't release hard drive firmware to the public and the source that comes from is not Samsung.
2. Make sure the drive is NOT failing or has bad sectors.
3. New drive might be a good option at this stage. 1TB 2.5"
4. You can create a bootable USB to flash the firmware but you need to know whether drive is bad or not.
