But I finally nailed it ( Thank God You Say ) Anyway i asked the upgrade to save Nothing from 1709 version to 1803 and once installed I Re-downloaded HP Support assistant which in turn scanned the PC for any outdated or missing Drivers , I installed each found Driver one by one and Found that the Intel I/O driver is the Touchscreen Driver OR is the Driver that actually activates the touchscreen function .. Bit bizzare why the Driver goes AWOL during Upgrade process BUT suppose that's PC's all over LOL Anyway Thanks again Sir to You and The other Guy ( Guilty Sparks ) on your Forum that Helped try to Fix the issue .. I will Donate Tomorrow when I get paid as a token of My gratitude ... Keep Up The great Vids and The Forum is Brilliant mate Thanks Again For All Noel
