Alright, I managed to get it to 10 minutes with 63c but sadly when I hit f9 to take the screenshot the program crashed so I managed to open my prntscr and get this https://prntscr.com/7itlif. Nothing else was running besides the program.
Also, I was playing CS:GO (it was hard) and ran into someone that had the same problem he said he switched from AMD to Nvidia.

Well I would say that 60C-70C is a-ok for the temps.

Just out of interest how did "AMD" confirm that you had the latest drivers for that card? Did they remote into the computer?

No they told me to go into my device manager and tell me the versions. Also, they recommended to try to upgrade the chipset driver but that didn't help. They said the BIOS might help but I don't want to risk it and void the warranty. And I always use their automatic check for update tool.

ok the video looks ok since it pass the test

I think you are using the wrong video card for that game

I would try a complete uninstall of all of the AMD VGA drivers and download the latest from their website.

No, I've tried playing wizard101 w/ my little brother and I get the same thing.

A lot of people have had this issue. If I had to reinstall everything AMD should find a fix. Honestly, I'm just going to see what is going to happen with the new card and do these things if it still fails. Also, I run 200+ FPS on CS:GO, I think my PC meets requirements. https://prntscr.com/7iv0h8

I think if this new graphics card doesn't work I'll just get a GTX 970

ok be sure to keep us up to date

On several occasions lately I have been having to revert back to earlier driver versions with AMD in order to clear up similar crashes. I will say however that I was dealing with multi monitor setups. AMD needs to get their driver situation sorted because the cards themselves are decent.
